Dr. Fuhrman's 10 in 20 program is specifically designed to help you lose 10 lbs in 20 days! Using nutrient dense whole foods that are naturally low in calories but packed with fiber, antioxidants, phytochemicals, anti-inflammatory properties, and countless other health promoting compounds, you can effortlessly lose weight while simultaneously eating well!

Do you want to do this program but don't have time to make several meals per day? Chloe's Clean Cuisine has you covered! I will prepare both lunch and dinner directly from the program for you for 20 days straight. All you have to do is prep breakfast and pick up the meals. Pick up occurs at either at The Cucina (across from the Princeton Airport) between 3:30-4:30PM or at Alfresco's in Flemington between 5-8 PM!

What ingredients will you use?
For this program, there will be an abundance of vegetables, beans, fruit, and small amounts of whole grains and nuts and seeds!
Much of the produce used is organic, especially produce on the "Dirty Dozen" list.

What ingredients will you be avoiding?
All added sugar (if it doesn't come from a whole plant with intact fiber, you won't find it here), all oils (not a whole food, 100% fat, promotes weight gain), refined flours, processed foods, and all animal products.

Do I have to pick up the meals every day?
You may pick up the meals daily or every other day depending on your schedule. Please note that these meals are extremely fresh and do not contain preservatives, so eating them sooner rather than later is always best :)
