Each workshop is 2 hours long and $29. We will be cooking live together on Zoom!

As the former Executive Chef for Dr. Fuhrman’s Eat to Live Retreat, I am well versed in what the scientific literature says about disease prevention and reversal. You better believe I will be sharing resources based on whatever health topic you are interested in!

By learning how to optimally fuel ourselves, we are able to take control of our health destiny and prevent and even reverse many chronic diseases that plague our modern world. Likewise, leading science has shown our food affects our mood. What we gain by eating vibrant, nutrient dense foods is a full life that allows room for true love, connection, and inner peace.

Community is one of the most important aspects of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We are going to connect with and learn about one and other in a space, intimate setting! Say hello to your new community who you will support you when you need it!

How does it work?

  • For each workshop, you will get recipes, a grocery list, and prep tasks for the class such as peeling and chopping veggies if you want to get ahead and feel prepared following along.

  • When class is about to begin, simply sign on to the link provided, have all your ingredients out, and get ready to cook along with Chloe and an awesome, intimate group of people!

  • After the class ends, you will receive an email recording of the class that you can reference at any time in the future.

  • Because you are already in your own home, you will have prepared food to enjoy. Talk about a win win!
