On to the dessert…. Who doesn’t love eating raw cookie dough? Now you can without ever worrying about getting food poisoning or the crazy ingredients inside!
Made from a few simple ingredients, these babies have become my new favorite dessert to share!

 
 
 

*Makes 30 balls

Ingredients

  • 14 Medjool Dates, pits removed

  • 1 can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter or Peanut Butter

  • 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips of choice (I used 100% Cacao)

  • Tiny pinch of salt, optional

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor. Process on high until a smooth dough forms. You may need to scrape the sides down several times in between processing.

  2. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes (it will make the dough firmer and easier to roll).

  3. With damp hands, roll the dough into small balls. Press a few chocolate chips into each ball. They will be very soft and totally irresistible ‎😍
