Most marinara’s on the market are filled with sugar, oil, and tons of salt. The best option is to make your own because you get to control exactly what goes into it.
With this recipe, it’s never been quicker!!

Easy Blender Marinara



  • 1 large Onion, chopped in quarters

  • 4 Cloves Garlic

  • 6 Sun Dried Tomatoes (look for tomatoes with no added sulfur)

  • 18 oz Strained Tomatoes

  • 1 6 oz Tomato Paste

  • ⅛ c Balsamic Vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Italian Spices

  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted

  • Salt to taste, optional


Add all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until super smooth. Add to a large pot and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Enjoy!
