Summer is in full effect!
This smoothie is the sweetest, most refreshing way to cool down. It’s also incredibly quick and easy to make :)

*Makes 2 servings


  • 2 cups Mango (frozen or fresh)

  • 2 ripe Bananas

  • 1 1/2 cups Non-dairy Milk of choice

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tbsp Lime or Lemon Juice

  • 1 pitted Medjool Date, optional


  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.

*Nutri-upgrate Note: If you REALLY want to bump up the nutrition of this smoothie, add 1/2 - 1 cup Cauliflower (I used frozen cauliflower rice to make it easy). It sounds weird, but the mango and banana are so sweet you can’t taste it!
