Top classic Italian dishes with this Pine Nut Parmesan!
It is super easy to make AND it stores well in the fridge and freezer.
1/4 cup Pine Nuts
2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Salt, optional
In a food processor, blend the pine nuts until they are finely ground. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until combined.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 weeks (or in the freezer for 2 months).
