Top classic Italian dishes with this Pine Nut Parmesan!
It is super easy to make AND it stores well in the fridge and freezer.



  • 1/4 cup Pine Nuts

  • 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Salt, optional


  1. In a food processor, blend the pine nuts until they are finely ground. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until combined.

  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 weeks (or in the freezer for 2 months).
