Iced Matcha Latte

 
 


Makes 2 servings

Ingredients
• 2-4 Medjool dates, pitted (depending on preferred sweetness and quality of dates), or sweetener of your choice
• 1 1/2 cups Nondairy Milk
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Matcha Powder

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add half the mix to a mug, add ice, and enjoy! For a warming drink, you can make this a hot tea by adding boiling water instead of ice and more nondairy milk.

  3. Find a quite place in your home or in nature to enjoy and create space to cultivate peace with your beautifully nourishing Matcha Latte.

    Note: When sourcing matcha powder, be aware of heavy metal contamination. I get mine organic from Japan (to avoid high lead contamination).
